What is the TSS Visa?
The Temporary Skill Shortage visa (Subclass 482) allows Australian employers to sponsor skilled overseas workers when they cannot source suitably skilled Australian workers. It has three streams depending on the occupation and duration of need.
Three visa streams

Requirements
✓Sponsorship from an approved Australian Standard Business Sponsor (SBS)
✓Occupation on the Short-Term or Medium-Term Skilled Occupation List
✓Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
✓Skills assessment required for some occupations
✓Functional English proficiency
✓Meet health and character requirements
