- Securely within Microsoft Office OneDrive
- Physically, if required, in lockable filing cabinets
We aim to operate as a paperless business. Any paper documents are securely destroyed using Shred-X services unless original documents are required to be returned to you.
All digital information is stored in password-protected environments, and physical documents are handled securely at all times.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected or to meet legal, ethical, or reporting requirements.
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share your information with the following parties where necessary:
- Our credit licensee for administration, supervision, or compliance purposes
