Pro-Interactive's Premier Training Institutes

Pro-Interactive Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. has its own Training Institutes in all the Regional Offices and few of our remote branches. We have Ex-Servicemen Trainers as well as PSARA certified trainers. The training effectiveness is checked by Pre & Pro Assessment of the Trainee. As for recruitment we conduct recruitment Drive in Branch and Regional Office and some time in job fairs depending upon the requisition of manpower from branches. Once the person qualifies the recruitment process then their antecedent & Police verification is done. On successful clearance of verification individual is called for Basic Training at nearest center.

We have our Training Facilities and also we have MoU signed with Training Agencies to impart Basic Training to recruited personnel

Other than Basic Training we also impart On-Site Training and On Job Training to our personnel. Onsite Training is imparted at existing sites by Trainers, Field Supervisors & Branch Managers depending upon the intensity of the site. On Job Training is imparted by Trainers, Field Supervisors and Branch Managers before starting services in new sites. Security personnel are made aware of their duties at that specific site.
